如题.
例如,我在Rails程序运行时,给一个表t1s添加了一列f1,但此时再调用相应的model:T1时,提示没有t1.f1这个属性.
应该如何刷新T1这个model,使之可以使用t1.f1呢?

我是ROR新手，在使用的过程中突然遇到了We're sorry, but something went wrong.的错误。
重启机器后就不再有这个错误，但只要停掉了WEB Server,再次启动后，打开任一页面都会出现这个错误：
Status: 500 Internal Server Error Content-Type: text/html
We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.
日志内容如下：

我按《应用Rails进行敏捷WEB开发》中depot的开发步骤操作，由于我机器上已经安装了SQLServer，就没有用MYSQL。按照网上找到的资料进行了设置，可是在连接SQL Server数据库时却出现了错误。
错误内容如下：
